In order to ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, statutory and regulatory requirements Triad has established a Corporate Compliance Department & Program and maintains quality working relationships with regulators from various state and federal agencies. Triad’s Corporate Compliance Department tracks state and federal legislation within the jurisdictions that Triad performs utilization management, claims processing and provider credentialing/coaching, in order to anticipate amendments to the law and adapt internally as appropriate.

Triad Healthcare, Inc. is currently registered to conduct business in 
40 states through Certificate of Authorities issued by Secretary of States & Department of State and Revenue Offices. In addition, Triad maintains licenses & is compliant to conduct certain business services (Utilization Management, Claim Processing & Provider Network), as follows:

1. Triad Healthcare, Inc. is licensed to conduct Health Utilization Management for members in 22 states, including Denial Delegation and Quality Management.
2. Triad Healthcare, Inc. is compliant with state law, where no licensing is required, to conduct Health Utilization Management for members in 19 states.
3. Triad Healthcare, Inc. also maintains specialty licenses pertaining to Provider Network and Claims Processing, such as Adjuster Licenses, Third Party Administrator Licenses, Preferred Provider Network Licenses and Peer Review Organization Licenses.
