Triad Medical Policies are developed by panels of multi-disciplinary provider specialists
who form the Academic Advisory Committee (AAC) Medical Operations Committee (MOC)
and the Medical Quality Improvement Committee (MQIC). In addition, Triad reviews
current scientific literature which includes but is not limited to the following
