Triad Healthcare is a growing healthcare company in need of full and part time Call Center Representatives.  The objective of the Call Center Representative position is to provide complete, accurate, and timely responses/coaching to members, providers, and provider office staff. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Extensive daily phone activity resolving inquiries and/or complaints
• Ability to identify and rectify customer concerns using established procedures
• Ability to meet corporate performance standards and effectively document calls; work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while maintaining individual productivity and quality standards
• Assist with various department projects relative to new business implementations, call center improvements, etc.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• One to two years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to verbally negotiate and resolve problems with a variety of customers
• Must be adept at handling multiple tasks, accessing, interpreting and explaining information
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent PC/Windows skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Enthusiastic and upbeat personality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment as necessary
• Aptitude to learn new technology as needed
