QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MANAGER Triad Healthcare, Inc. is a national company that assists health plans and employers in the management of patients with pain. Triad Healthcare is a growing healthcare company in need of a full time Quality Improvement Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Corporate Quality Director in a wide variety of quality management duties. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities Include: • Champion and collaborate with all operational areas to implement quality improvement initiatives • Coach and lead staff in operational areas on quality improvement methodology • Support URAC accreditation initiatives and compliance efforts • Execution of quality management program and associated projects • Actively participate in the Administrative Quality Improvement Committee Qualifications: • MA preferred; BS/BA with proven experience • Five years previous quality management experience in a health care organization • Three years previous experience of common improvement theories and techniques, including Lean methodology. A working knowledge of Six Sigma is desirable • Demonstrated accreditation and regulatory compliance experience • Effective supervisory skills and time management/human relations skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills Triad offers excellent compensation and benefits plans that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Tuition Assistance.
