Triad Healthcare is a growing healthcare company in need of a full time Auditor. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Triad’s operational processes. This individual will be responsible for all matters related to auditing.
Responsibilities Include:

• Creation and implementation of a quality audit program; scope, test plan, validation and management action plan
  
• Provide management with quality metrics as it relates to all audits
  
  
• Provide management with recommendations for focused training initiatives based on audit results
  
  
• Provide employees with a monthly audit measurement, including opportunities for improvement
  
  
• Escalate issues or concerns in a timely, professional manner
  
  

• BS/BA preferred with proven experience
  
• Three to five years experience in operational auditing
  
• Industry knowledge of data entry, call center, claims payment, and provider credentialing preferred
  
• Proven knowledge with MS Office suite
  
• Excellent communication and written skills
  
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Performance metric focused
