TRIAD HEALTHCARE, INC. NAMES CORPORATE QUALITY DIRECTOR

Triad Healthcare, Inc., known as one of the country’s most innovative specialty healthcare companies, announced today that it has appointed Laureen Castonguay as its new Corporate Quality Director. Ms. Castonguay will be responsible for overseeing all quality improvement activities for Triad.

Ms. Castonguay comes to Triad with fourteen years experience in managed care, after serving in a Quality Improvement role for ConnectiCare, Inc. in Farmington, CT. Ms. Castonguay’s experience is concentrated in quality improvement, NCQA compliance, member and provider satisfaction, and project management.

Ms. Castonguay has a Masters in Health Care Administration and a BS in Health Care Administration from Quinnipiac University. She is a member of the Connecticut Association for Healthcare Quality and a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality. She is also an Examiner for the Connecticut Quality Improvement Award Partnership. She is a Board member of Connecticut Women in Healthcare Management Association and Chair of the Career Development Committee. Ms. Castonguay volunteers as a Mentor for Nutmeg Big Brother Big Sister Organization.
