Hillary Davis Appointed to Connecticut Women in Healthcare Management Board September 12, 2006, Plainville, CT - Triad Healthcare Inc., known as one of the country’s most innovative specialty health care companies, announced today that its Vice President of Corporate Communications, Hillary Davis, has been made a member of the board of the Connecticut Women in Healthcare Management Association. Davis is a veteran communications executive with over 15 years experience solving public relations and communications problems for international companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations. At Triad she specializes in the health care arena. “In health care today, effective communication of a company’s mission and core beliefs is as important as its tangible assets,” said Triad Healthcare CEO Dr. Tino Villani. “ In the health care industry as a whole, women’s roles have been expanding significantly and meaningfully in the past decade. Ms. Davis is a good example. We are pleased she will be serving on the association’s board, the largest women’s association in Connecticut.” Davis is the author of three critically acclaimed books, has been featured in over fifty international publications, and is a contributing writer to several magazines. She has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an M.Phil. in International Relations from Cambridge University in England. Ms. Davis added, “Helping women advance in the health care field through education, support and networking is critical to the industry which can benefit from their involvement, and I’m honored to be part of the Connecticut Women in Healthcare Association.”
